Depending on the material of the product to be manufactured, appropriate hydraulic cylinders should be used. Products with varying thickness require different pressure levels; the thicker the material, the larger the hydraulic cylinder needed to achieve the necessary pressing force.

The machine’s temperature will be adjusted according to the customer’s requirements (optimal temperature for pressing the product) and arranged for installation as per their specifications.

The appearance can be customized according to the customer’s requirements. Upon receiving a request, we will discuss directly the feasible modifications. If any changes are unsuitable for the customer’s product, we will notify them directly.

New machines come with a one-year warranty starting from the date of dispatch. During this one-year period, if any mechanical issues occur during production, upon notification, our technicians will be arranged to address the problem. In cases where the machine can only be stopped over the weekend, we will coordinate with the customer to implement temporary solutions and perform a thorough resolution during the weekend downtime.

From the moment the purchase contract is signed, we will create a communication group with the customer. This allows for quick contact in case of machine issues or other concerns. Typically, when the customer sends information, we respond immediately, identify the cause of the problem, and make specific arrangements to resolve it, followed by updates to the customer. (Except on holidays or Sundays, please notify us in advance for proper scheduling.)

Kim Hai Luc Mechanical Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing hydraulic sole press machines and does not produce machine molds.

After the warranty period, if customers require machine repairs or modifications, we will conduct a survey of the requested areas, provide a detailed quotation, and proceed upon customer approval. A specific repair or modification schedule will be arranged accordingly. In cases where the machine has significant functional or aesthetic damage, it may need to be transported back to our factory to prevent disruptions to the customer’s production space and allow for more thorough inspection and repairs.

Our Policy: Free transportation is provided for machine delivery from our factory to your company (special road conditions will be discussed separately). However, customers are responsible for arranging forklifts to unload the machines.
